I believe that is by showing small progress like in Agile principles. We don’t have to win always big, celebrate smaller wins like decommissioning of some infrastructure due to refactor. Like picking Ryan Giggs early but that won’t materialize immediately. It’s like building a culture in your company which is not immediately visible.
